Force Gauge is measuring device used across all industries to measure the force throughout a push or pull test. Applications exist in do research and development, quality, production and field surrounding. There are two type of force gauges one is mechanical and another is digital force gauges.
DIGITAL FORCE GAUGE Advantages -Less reading error using digital force gauge -Connectable Computer, printer, and recorder -Possible to use different functions -Suitable for impact test Disadvantages -Hard to study transition of measuring power -have need to charge a battery for long time use
Caution -Please avoid oil, dust, and heat and high humidity and keep it in a cool place -Be sure to use attached AC adapter -Do not load specified overloading power. -Please do not dismantle or alternate this unit -In case remove the dirt of this unit, don't use organic solvents
MECHENICAL FORCE GAUGE Advantages -Can to use without power supply -Durable -Possible to check transition of measuring power -Longer stroke of measure shaft Disadvantages -Unsuitable for impact test -Reading error may occur by differences among users Caution -Please avoid oil, dust and heat and high humidity and keep it in an exceedingly cool place -Do not exceed ability of unit -Please do not dismantle or alternate this unit -Please do not use for impact or break point test
Selection of suitable range Please select appropriate vary of force gauge as the following technique.
When you do high speed take a look at as impact and break purpose, please choose the capacity is two hundred of percentage measuring value. For example; The measuring value:10N Digital force gauge:ZP/Z2 series Then, the ZP-20N which is double capacity of measuring value is suitable.
When you do slow speed take a look at as elongation test, please choose the capacity is one hundred and fiftieth percentages of measuring value. For example The measuring value:30N Digital force gauge:ZP series Then, the suitable capacity will be 45 N and choose ZP-50N.
