      ThermaLite digital catering thermometers display its

temperature over the range of -39.9 to 149.9 °C with

a 0.1 °C resolution and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C (-39.9

to 124.9 °C). This accuracy is guaranteed for life, due

to the instruments advanced electronics. The ThermaLite  

incorporates a CalCheck, °C/°F and hold functions.

These thermometersweigh only 45 grams, including battery

and feature a clear, easy to read LCD display with an open

circuit 'Err' and low battery indication.

    The ThermaLite's auto-power off facility make turns the

 instrument off automatically after 10 minutes, maximizing

 battery life. The Thermalite thermometer is housed in a high

 impact ABS plastic case which includes the Biomaster additive

 that reduces bacterial growth and is ideal for routine day-to-day

 food and catering applications. The pointed, Ø3.3 x 130 mm

 stainless steel, penetration probe is ideal for measuring the

 temperature of food and semi-solid materials. The ThermaLite is

available in six colors, suitable for different applications.
